Cookie Dough Volcano Bombs (Viral Dessert Recipe)
“What happens when you stuff cookie dough with THIS and bake it like a lava cake? Wait for the break open shot at the end... 😍🔥 #CookieVolcano #EasyDessertHack”
✨ Ingredients:
-
1 roll (16.5 oz) storebought chocolate chip cookie dough (Pillsbury or any brand)
-
6 squares of milk or dark chocolate (Lindt or Ghirardelli works great)
-
6 tsp Nutella or peanut butter (optional for inside filling)
-
Optional: mini marshmallows or caramel bits
-
Melted white chocolate or chocolate drizzle for topping
-
Ice cream for serving (vanilla or salted caramel = 💯)
-
Optional: sprinkles, crushed cookies, or edible glitter for garnish
🍴 Instructions:
-
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Spray a muffin tin with nonstick spray.
-
Divide cookie dough into 6 equal chunks. Flatten each into a disc.
-
Line each muffin cup with one disc, pressing it into the bottom and sides like a mini bowl.
-
Drop in a square of chocolate, and 1 tsp of Nutella or PB. Add a marshmallow or caramel bit if you're feeling wild.
-
Flatten remaining dough into discs and seal over the top.
-
Bake for 13–15 minutes, or until golden brown but still soft.
-
Let cool in the pan for 5 mins. Pop out carefully.
-
While still warm, drizzle with melted chocolate and add toppings.
-
Serve warm with a scoop of ice cream on top.
