What you'll need:
- 8 oz of Cream Cheese (room temp)
- 8 Large Eggs
- 24 drops of TOC Flavors Immortal Embrace
- 8 Tablespoons of butter
- 1/4 cup of Monkfruit sweetener
- 1/2 Teaspoon of cinnamon
- 2 Tablespoons Lakanto Sugar-Free Syrup
- 8x8 Pan
INSTRUCTIONS
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and coat your 8x8 pan with cooking spray.
- Mix softened cream cheese, eggs, TOC flavor drops, softened butter, Monkfruit sweetener, cinnamon until very smooth.
- Pour into a prepared pan.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes (or until the mixture doesn't jiggle when slightly shaken).
- Allow cooling for at least five minutes, prior to slicing into eight servings.
- You can eat it like this and use your 2 TBS of syrup to top it off OR you can fry this up in a frying pan for a more traditional french toast feel.
