Vape Raid in Rutherford - Police State Tactics?

A day in court for Rutherford Vape shop owners is coming.  "Operation Candy Crush" was supposedly a raid for illegal CBD gummy products sold in the store, but shop owners are saying they were illegally shut down, and have broken no laws.  These stores were closed down for days, losing business and armed police officers raided their shops like they were selling crack cocaine.   Some of these owners were arrested but released.  In total, 23 shops were closed down.  The company that makes the CBD products states they have conclusive evidence that the CBD oil used in their product is completely legal. The raids were carried out by the Rutherford County Sheriff’s Department, along with local police, the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation, and also the U.S. Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) and the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI).
