Cover Reveal for Phantom Wolves, MC (Book 2) - Michelle Hughes

Scent of Love is the second book in the steamy paranormal romance series, Phantom Wolves, MC.  Please note this novel contains strong language, and intense sexual situations.  This series is intended for a mature audience.

The Wolf Might Crave Her Scent But My Humanity Demanded I Refrain From Taking Her Innocent Body!

Rebecca Waters was a beautiful young woman and my body burned anytime I was near her.  Since she was my ward that meant I owed her my protection, and not the lust she brought out without being aware how powerful her scent was.  Controlling my baser instincts wasn’t easy, especially when her sweet little body was ready to be broken in, but it sure as hell wouldn’t be in my bed!  It didn’t matter that she was legally of age to have a lover, this wolf didn’t do sweet and innocent.  Riding hard and fast was my motto and I knew a little thing like her couldn’t handle my brand of loving.

He Thought I Was A Child, But I Was a Full Grown Woman Ready To Seduce Him Into Fulfilling My Needs!

Hunter Robins could lie to me all he wanted, but his body told me that he wanted more than just his role as guardian in my life.  If he thought telling me the only way he’d be my first was if another wolf joined in would send me packing?  Then he was about to learn that being a virgin didn’t mean I couldn’t handle anything he threw out to keep me away.  I wanted him, and if that meant sharing my body with two hot-blooded wolves…. Well game on!  I might be young but I was old enough to understand my heart and soul already belonged to him.

Stolen Petals - Katherine McIntyre

Blurb:

One man has swiped bounties from Viola, the Brass Violet, for years. Longstanding rivals, they’ve only had brief encounters, and if she had a choice, she’d avoid him entirely. When he saunters into her bar with an offer to work together on a job, the proper response would be to shoot him down and send him back to Shantytown. However, curiosity’s a wicked beast, and Viola needs to know why, after so many years of stealing her marks, he’d approach her now.

The man is insufferable, annoyingly cavalier, and tends to stir up memories she'd rather forget--but she needs assistance on this job and he's offering aid and blueprints which could cut their work in half.

Given the intense way he looks at her though, working together isn't all he has in mind. Van Clef is known for his persistence and, with his charm, he wins women over effortlessly. Viola’s not so easy though--she’s wise to his tricks. But if he wants to play the game, she will gladly rise to the challenge. By the end of this bounty, she’ll be the one leaving him in the dust.

Teaser:

"Barkeep, I'll take another," the chap from the opposite end announced. His loud voice hung in the air like noxious perfume and drew the eye of every patron in the bar. Viola held her sigh back, grabbed a glass, and poured. As she handed over his pint, his rough fingers brushed against hers.
He'd slipped her a piece of parchment. Curious.

Before she could retreat back to the other end of the bar, he stood, chugged his lager, and plunked the empty glass back down.

"Thank you kindly, madam." He tipped his tattered top hat her way, a cheeky grin on his face. Whistling, the man walked out the door. Grimaces weighted the faces of gentlemen and ladies alike in the wake of his departure.

Viola swiped his glass and made a retreat back to the washroom. Carefully, she unfolded the parchment.

Meet me at the Rusty Scupper tomorrow evening. You want word on Brownetree's brother? I've got it.

—The Fox

Damn and double damn.

While the run-down tavern, the Rusty Scupper, was the last place a lady should dally, the opportunity was too good to pass. She'd been on this bounty for months and couldn't let this chance slip. Viola focused on the name. Should've recognized the scoundrel.

A smile curved her lips. No, she couldn't pass up this opportunity. Under her alias, the Brass Violet, she'd maintained a healthy competition with most, but none as much as the Fox. Like his namesake, he snuck in and snatched her targets before she had the chance to nab them. He stole the pickings of others, especially hers, for his own entertainment. So why the peace offering? If he had information, he wouldn't share it unless he needed something from her. Which meant this bounty was about to get interesting.

I split my time writing and working my day job as a massage therapist. If it’s a creative pursuit though, chances are I’ve dabbled in it. Hell, I’ve played around with soapmaking, beer brewing, cupcake baking, tea blending and everything else under the midday sun. At the end of the day, my constant is always reading, writing and editing. I’m an Aries-Taurus cusp–which to any astrology buffs should tell you plenty.

I hit the East Coast convention circuit pretty hard and chances are, you can find me vending for Solstice Brews while simultaneously promoting my books. As for more journalistic writing, I’m the founder, an editor, and a writer on Caffeine Crew.

Kissed by a Rose (Phantom Wolves, MC) - Available Now on Kindle

Kissed by a Rose is a paranormal werewolf romance that contains strong language, and intense sexual situations.  This book is intended for a mature audience.

When the Alpha discovers his mate the inner beast won’t be denied.

Rose Patterson didn’t know it yet, but I would claim her!  My scent, body, and even the look in my eyes was a powerful aphrodisiac, meant to lure her in.  She could deny that my touch made her burn, but I could smell the desire coming off of her.  Taking no for an answer wasn’t in my nature.  I’d make her howl before the next full moon, and seduce her into my bed until my claim was answered.

An innocent Rose never stood a chance when the wolf was hell bent on seduction.

I’m a strong, independent woman, and have no need of a man to make me whole.  Even if Max Daltry is the sexiest hunk of flesh I’ve ever seen walking on two legs, he wasn’t going to alter my course.  So why does being anywhere near the egotistical prick make me burn?  The perfect body, even the scent of his cologne made my body come alive, but I knew he was dangerous to my sense of self-preservation.  I refuse to indulge in the pleasures he blatantly offered.  This Rose refused to be plucked!

Joseph Aquilino (Joey Giggles)

My professional life has been filled with gaining knowledge on how businesses, especially retail businesses function and expand. Its also been a time of learning about myself and my abilities and how to expand and gain more knowledge to build on what I already know about leadership and structuring. In my life since St. John's University (1998 graduate) I've been in three industries, Government and Policy, Investment Banking and Retail. I've had about 8 eight different jobs in 10 years... but I must say that I learned something new to expand my knowledge at all these different jobs. I'm multi-talented and have a lot to offer, as I like to write, playing musical instruments, act, entertain, author, build networks and websites, create logos for companies, educate to public on social media.

Creator, along with the staff of JGF Entertainment, of the great 24/7 #music #news #shows network Author Nook Show on WIRN great place to market and promote your business or your entrepreneurial idea...

I'm an internet entrepreneur and innovator... Creating is my life... I figured this out after my accident at work in 2008, which left me with RSD/CRPS a chronic pain disorder, which deals with the sympathetic nerve... The full name of the disorder is Reflex Sympathetic Dystrophy and I'm an advocate for RSD/CRPS and RSD/CRPS patients... That is part of my legacy... one day I hope to make RSD a household name on Staten Island, but its all about the promotions and the awareness of the disease, because it is an unknown disorder and many people do not know about it.

I also am the creator of the #JGF Family the most respected and influential family on the internet. I have a YouTube channel http://youtube.com/joeygiggles ... I'm the creator of Gigglestown Creations ... I'm the creator of the RSD/CRPS support network on Spruz http://rsdsupportnetwork.spruz.com.

Fracture - Virginia McKevitt

Strange things are happening in the little town of Blessing. The townsfolk are dreaming of angels. They're happy, content, after all this is Blessing. Seemingly random deaths begin to happen. A lonely old drunk dies in a camper fire. A young factory worker dies of a drug overdose and a young woman's parents are brutally murdered for no apparent reason. There is a reason. A hunger. The kind of hunger that cannot be quenched with simple food and water.

A hunger that is not from our world and there is one who has been sent to stop it. An assassin sent by a king from a world so close a mere fracture separates the two. His mission is to get in and out before he or his prey are discovered, but fate has a different plan. Follow Tegrin, a king's most trusted Guardian, and Kristina, a strong-willed young woman whose revenge for her parents murders sends them on a collision course that will change their lives forever.

The city of New Orleans has more than hurricanes to worry about in this fast paced and exciting paranormal mystery. The Couton have found the city and have taken it for their own. Now it is up to Tegrin and Kristina to rid the famous city of its new inhabitants before the body count rises.

“Are not all legends based on a truth? She is here. She has been born of the blood from both worlds but has been hidden from her true calling. We can feel her magic. It pushes at us from beyond the veil Priestess, and as for the assassin, his weakness is the one he is sworn to protect. They walk as one.”
“Then that is what will destroy them both.”

Joey looked around the room. Who was she talking to? They were alone. She was crazy, more crazy than Billy. A list of horror movies raced through his mind at lightning speed; replacing his anger with an emotion he thought had died long ago, fear.

She leaned back over Joey, grasping the arms of the chair for support. He turned his face away from hers, fear filling his eyes. Tears ran down his face and soaked into the collar of his shirt. She straddled him again and turned his face towards her, stroking his cheek gently.

“Now, now bodyguard. Don’t be afraid. Let’s finish this.”

‘Secrets’ is a continuation of the epic “good versus evil battle” in a story that spans two worlds.

Tegrin and Kristina return to his world as mates, but not all is marital bliss in the Kingdom of Patwain. Kristina is having nightmares about the evil Priestess, Alexasia. Could she still be alive? If she is, how do you kill someone you can’t find? Someone you thought was already dead? Kristina knows that creepy bible in the voodoo shop fits into the equation somewhere. But how?

And so the journey continues, to the small village of Candelaria and an old monastery aside the Azure Cliffs where Kristina hopes that a great-great-grandmother she has never met will help her unlock the secrets held captive in her mind, or will the ancient forces at play become too powerful to overcome?

Follow, Tegrin, the King’s most trusted assassin and Kristina, his new bride as they travel across treacherous mountainsides, fight blood thirsty slave traders, and battle a gathering evil that is waiting at the edge of darkness.

Hi! I’m Virginia McKevitt. I write fantasy novels focusing on adventure, mystery and romance with an element of magic intertwined. I’ve lived most of my life in the city of New Orleans whose very history is steeped in mystery and magic, along with a mix of religion and superstitions that have created a wealth of writing material for someone like me. Children’s fairy tales and imaginary friends were the building blocks that started this writer on a path to where she is today.

I have so much to be thankful for but I would not be at this place in my life today if not for some pretty remarkable influences that charted my path. The first is my sister Anna, who started the whole fairy tale business in the first place. The stories she would read to me were a ride that I never got off of. Alice in wonderland is still my favorite escape of all time.

From childhood, through the teen years then on to Anne Rice, and my first vampire love Lestat. Growing up and living in New Orleans, what can I say, it is the perfect place to hone the paranormal fantasy mind and this legendary woman and her Vampire Chronicles fueled my imagination.

I began to write, but was too self conscious to share my stories, so I wrote for me. Time passed, works were put away and life went on, until Hurricane Katrina. The curse to so many was a blessing in disguise for me, though at the time I didn’t think so. She blew into town, destroyed my business and my farm, then moved me north, to Alabama, then to the Georgia mountains.
That decision changed my life. A box in the top of a closet, an unfinished manuscript, and a whisper in my ear. Finish what you started. That story, started in my twenties, is what you are reading today.

Thank you to my hubby Jeff who is the poster child for unselfishness and encouragement. I love you. To my family and friends who also encouraged me to take up the sword and do what I love, to write. A special thanks to the girls who help me take care of business; Lisa, Kathie, Theresa, and Gini, but most of all I want to thank the readers for turning the pages, falling in love and wanting more. To you I am forever grateful.

Finish what I started? I’ve only just begun.
